The European Union going in for the dialogue of principle with the Belarusian authorities

Some political prisoners of our country will be released soon. Gunnar Wiegand, Director for Russia, Eastern Partnership, Central Asia, Regional Cooperation and OSCE of the EU’s European External Action Service (EEAS), announced this possibility after his negotiations with the representatives of the Belarusian authorities on February 9.
